Women's core stories of menarche, childbirth and menopause have been disregarded and many of us sit with the experience of no witnessing and definitely no ceremony around these portals of transformation. 

A woman needs to tell her story over and over again. Why is that? 

That is because in doing so she is resetting and moving into deeper layers of understanding and embodiment. This will start the process of unfolding what power and wisdom  this experience held within itself. 

 

In a 1:1 session with me you will be held in a safe and reverent atmosphere where you can share and integrate your birth story, whether it was a beautiful experience or a traumatic one. 

I have studied birth integration mentoring at Matribirth Mentor Institute and this offering is one of my core ones and one I personally feel deeply about. 

Every woman needs and deserves to be held and witnessed through telling of the one of the most transformative passages of her life. 

Where witnessing and speaking undisturbed takes place, the starting of a deeper process and integration takes place. When you can move deeper into that experience, naturally, more will unravel and unfold. 

We are all in a constant movement in life within and without, I want to help you move deeper, where insight and clarity may take place, and with time healing and embodiment. 

What is hidden in surface level will reveal itself with time and contemplation.
